Paying with Credit Card
We accept credit card payment for online orders.
Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file.

We collect sales tax in California. Tax for orders shipped to California will have sales tax automatically added to the order total.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE NOT SHIPPED UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER YOUR PAYMENT HAS CLEARED.

We’re focused and making sure the customer gets the right products delivered to them. Therefore, we DO NOT ship the same day. Orders received where payment has cleared by Midnight EST will be sent out the following business day. Products are shipped Monday through Friday only excluding holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been processed and when it is due to be sent out. If you have chosen Federal Express your will receive an e-mail with your Fedex tracking number that can be tracking at www.fedex.com. Please remember that Fedex does not consider Saturday as a transit day nor an ordinary delivery day. Only Federal Express Overnight Saturday Delivery shipment will be delivered on Saturday.

How to Change Your Order
We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at the following e-mail address. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.

Returns and Exchanges:
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately.All returns should be shipped to the return center address below. No COD returns will be accepted.

We hope that this product helps to make your life more enjoyable. Please use caution when wearing your Xerosox and follow manufacturers instructions. Do not leave on for extended periods of time. 45 minutes maximum is recommended. Unsatisfied Customers: Able Distributing Co. will replace any defective product with a similar product by Priority Mail - free of charge upon receipt of defective product. If you choose to have a replacement product shipped prior to our reciept of the defective product we will charge your credit card again - and upon receipt of the defective product we will credit your account and mail you a credit receipt. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear, or damage from abuse. Defective returns must be made within 90 days of date of sale and be accompanied by the receipt. Able Distributing Co. acting solely as an authorized product distributor for Xero Product, LLC. makes no personal representations or guarantees concerning the XeroSov Pro Pump™ and shall not be held liable for any claims arising as a result of warranty claims, product liability matters or any claimed defect or failure to perform. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure a vacuum seal exists before submerging the Xerosox under water.
